TOM – Team on Mission | Episode One : Why?
On the eve of the first Monument of the year, Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team proudly presents TOM – Team On Mission. This is the first episode of a five-part series following Tom Pidcock and the Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team through their inaugural season together.

In December 2024, Tom Pidcock—winner of two Olympic Mountain bike gold medals, multiple world titles in mountain biking and cyclocross, and prestigious road races such as Strade Bianche, Amstel Gold Race, and the Tour de France stage to Alpe d’Huez—signed with Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team.
In this first episode, shot and edited by Luke Pallet, Tom shares his perspective: “I have never made a wrong choice in my career, and this is definitely not one. Joining this team is probably the best decision I’ve ever made.”
This documentary takes viewers behind the scenes—before, during, and after the races. Episode one showcases Tom’s first victory with the team at the AlUla Tour and his bold, performance at Strade Bianche.
At its core, this story is about the team. As Tom puts it, “A rising tide lifts all boats.”.
