Terms and Conditions for the #RacingTheFuture Zwift Challenge
Eligibility: This competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above. By entering this competition, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.
Entry Process:
- No pre-registration required. Participants must join the races through the links provided on the Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team Strava Club and social channels on the race days.
- Use of a heart-rate monitor and a smart trainer that measures wattage output is mandatory for the validation of race results.
Use of Personal Information:
- By participating in the #RacingTheFuture Zwift Challenge, you agree to provide your personal details as required by the Strava and Zwift platforms.
- You consent to the use of your participation data and results for competition updates, leaderboard announcements, and post-race analyses.
- We respect your privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Competition Rules:
- Participants must follow the specific race format and adhere to the rules set out for the #RacingTheFuture Zwift Challenge. Non-compliance with the race format or rules may result in disqualification.
- Cumulative scoring across the three races will determine the overall winner. In the event of a tie, the final race’s performance will act as a tie-breaker.
Liability: The organizers of the #RacingTheFuture Zwift Challenge are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred as a result of participating in the competition.
- Prizes : The winner will be invited to join the Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team at their training camp for a 2-night stay, including accommodation and meals. All other expenses, including travel, are the responsibility of the winner.
Changes to T&Cs: The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Acceptance of T&Cs: Participation in the #RacingTheFuture Zwift Challenge constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
