Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team extend with Badilatti and Małecki
Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team is pleased to announce the contract extensions of two exceptional riders, Swiss cyclist Matteo Badilatti and Polish rider Kamil Małecki. Both riders have proven to be valuable assets to the team, and these one-year extensions solidify their continued commitment to the team’s success.

31-year-old Badilatti has showcased remarkable consistency throughout the team’s maiden season. Not only did he take a superb solo victory on Stage 6 of Tour du Rwanda but he took solid results in the General Classification at both the Sibiu Tour and he Tour of Türkiye, where he finished 4th and 5th, respectively. Over the course of 63 race days he secured 10 top-10 placings, including two podiums, making him a significant contributor to the team’s performance.
“I’m really looking forward to be part of the progress of the team for he next year and I’m excited to achieve great things together. This is a very inspiring team and it’s very motivating that we will continue with our mission of Racing the Future in a positive way,” stated Badilatti.
27-year-old Kamil Małecki has also played a vital role in the team’s achievements. His racing intelligence and versatility have been instrumental in numerous race scenarios and he has proven his skills in the role of team captain on several occasions.
“I am very happy that I will be able to represent the Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team next season. This is a huge opportunity for further development for me because we have great staff and we take part in the most important races in the world. I hope that the next year will bring a lot of good results. I want to work hard and the team truly believes in me and that’s super important! I’m extremely grateful that I can continue to make progress and am grateful for the trust they have placed in me,” said Kamil Małecki.
Both Matteo Badilatti and Kamil Małecki have demonstrated their passion for the sport, their teammates, and the team’s mission. Their dedication is not only seen on the road but is also reflected in their positive influence within the team.
