Scott Foil RC and Scott Plasma RC

We provide our riders with the best tools to achieve their goals. At the core of our setup are the Scott Foil RC and Foil RC SL frames. The SL frame, favored by our climbers, offers an ultra-lightweight design.

Additionally, the Scott frame features a higher head tube and a fork that is both narrower and longer. The rear stays are shorter and lower, improving aerodynamics, lightness, and comfort. These small yet significant improvements make the Scott Foil RC even more effective and one of the most aerodynamic frames on the market.

Furthermore, for time trials, we utilize the Scott Plasma RC, which is optimized for aerodynamic efficiency.

Our carefully selected components create a masterpiece, combining speed and efficiency without compromising weight or comfort.

SRAM RED AXS

This season, we upgraded our transmission system to the SRAM RED AXS. This 24-speed drivetrain delivers reliability in all conditions. We run SRAM Red AXS derailleurs at both the front and rear. Our riders control the shifting with SRAM Red AXS shifters. We also use a Quarq power meter on the chainrings, with options in 52/39, 54/41, 56/43, or single chainrings ranging from 52 to 60 teeth. These combinations allow us to customize the setup to match the needs of each rider and race.

We rely on the SRAM RED AXS group for precise and fast gear changes. It offers our riders a wide range of functionalities, helping them focus solely on their performance.

Our setup includes the SRAM Red DUB PF ROAD 86.5 Ceramic bottom bracket, ensuring smooth and efficient power transfer. We also use SRAM chains and cassettes ranging from 10-28 to 10-36, providing the versatility to tackle any terrain. Additionally, SRAM organic brakes, paired with Paceline rotors (160mm front, 140mm rear), provide superior stopping power.

During the Deutschland Tour, we had the privilege of visiting the SRAM European Development and Training Center in Schweinfurt, Germany. This facility is the largest SRAM site in Europe, where top-tier engineers design and test MTB and road drivetrain innovations. We witnessed firsthand how the technology we rely on is created, reinforcing our trust in SRAM’s precision and innovation.

Premium Components by Syncros, Zipp, and Vittoria

Our bike cockpit features the Syncros Creston IC SL aero handlebar, integrated with the stem for a seamless and aerodynamic design. Additionally, depending on the race, we switch between two seatpost models: the Duncan SL CFT aero for cobbled classics, offering extra comfort, and the Duncan SL aero for regular stages.

We customize saddle options to suit each rider’s preferences, ranging from the Syncros Tofino and Belcarra to the Savona and Celista. Each model offers variations in width and design, including specific versions for time trials, such as the Belcarra TT.

Furthermore, our wheels are supplied by Zipp, and we use different models to suit various race conditions. For cobbled classics, we use Zipp 303 and 404 Firecrest models. For regular races, we rely on the Zipp 353NSW and 454NSW models, which are among the lightest, stiffest, and fastest wheels available. Paired with Vittoria tires, these wheels provide exceptional speed, grip, and durability. We run 700x28mm tires on all wheels except the 353NSW, for which we also have 700x30mm tires depending on the course.

Finally, the Syncros SL Axle, with a removable lever and tool, ensures quick and easy adjustments, keeping our bikes race-ready at all times. With an approximate weight of 7.2 to 7.3 kg, our bikes are built for speed and efficiency.

Looking Ahead

Our Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team 2024 bike setup with Scott, SRAM, Zipp, Vittoria, and Syncros reflects our shared commitment to innovation and performance. As the 2024 season comes to a close, these partnerships will continue to play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals and make a mark on the professional cycling world in 2025 and beyond.
